Accepts any layout/size style prop.

Prop	Type	Default	Description
`circle`	`boolean`	`false`	Fully rounded (for avatars).

Skeletons are aria-hidden. Mark the loading region with aria-busy and announce completion if needed.
The pulse animation stops when the user prefers reduced motion.
